Sydney is a Brooklyn-based artist, filmmaker, event producer, and now a published illustrator! She’s lived in Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Buenos Aires, Amsterdam, and now Brooklyn, drawing inspiration from each city and the different perspectives they’ve offered along the way.

Some of her most meaningful creative projects include a short film she wrote, directed, and shot in Amsterdam, and her recently published Collaborative Sketchbook, now available in the Little Makers Marketplace!

Sydney’s creative journey truly began when she let go of perfection and gave herself permission to make “bad art”—art that values process over product, play over pressure. That philosophy is at the heart of everything she does, and it’s what she loves most about Little Makers Studio: it’s a space where kids are free to experiment, explore, and reconnect with the simple joy of making.
