Brittney F.

Brittney is a Brooklyn-based illustrator, designer, and craft enthusiast! She graduated from Pratt Institute in 2023 with a BFA in Illustration and loves to paint, draw, knit and crochet. She would not be where she is today without the guidance and support of her many art teachers. Brittney hopes to pay it forward by encouraging and teaching the next generation of young artists.

For Brittney, crafting is a lifestyle. It connects her to nature when she uses natural materials, builds community when she knits with friends in the park, and reminds her to appreciate everyday items by recognizing that many of them, like her phone and her clothes, are made by hand.

Brittney could not love working at LMS more! The Makers inspire her everyday with their creativity, artistic confidence, and storytelling talents. They make her think of why she fell in love with art to begin with and put a smile on her face every shift.
